Ms. Raznov received her law degree in 2003 from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii at Manoa, concentrating in environmental law and received the Environmental Law Certificate. She received her undergraduate degree in 1994 from the University of Pennsylvania in English Literature. Ms. Raznov clerked for the Honorable Richard W. Pollack, First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, from 2003 through 2004. She was an Associate at the law firm of Ning, Lilly & Jones in Honolulu from 2004 through 2007, concentrating in complex commercial litigation. She served as a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii in Hilo from 2007 through 2010, providing legal assistance and representation to indigent clients in family, landlord-tenant, and consumer law. In 2011, Ms. Raznov opened her solo general practice, and in 2012 she became Of Counsel with this law firm, concentrating in the areas of civil litigation and real property matters. She has volunteered with the Family Court of the First Circuit Kids First program, served as a mediator with the Pacific Mediation Center, served on the Neighborhood Place of Puna Board and currently serves on the Puna Community Medical Center Board. She also currently writes a legal column for the Big Island Chronicle.
