Mr. Moore is a 1982 graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. He became a partner of the firm in 1990. From 1982 to 1989, he was an associate in the Hilo office of Carlsmith, Wichman, Case, Mukai and Ichiki, where his emphasis was in real property and civil litigation. He concentrates in the areas of land use, administrative law, appellate practice, litigation and real property, including land title matters. He has served as President and as Treasurer of the Hawaii County Bar Association and as a director of the Rotary Club of South Hilo, the William S. Richardson School of Law Alumni Association, the Volcano Art Center, and the Friends of the Palace Theater. He was listed in Honolulu Magazine’s Best Lawyers (Real Estate) in Hawaii from 2011 to the present.
